1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SecureLens (“the Service”), operated by Plainsurf LLC FZ (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Dubai, UAE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SecureLens is an enterprise data governance and privacy compliance platform that provides data classification, AI gate controls, compliance monitoring, and related services. The platform is accessible at app.securelens.ai.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@securelens.ai.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process data in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, UAE PDPL, and other applicable regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by Plainsurf LLC FZ or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Service other than as set out herein.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plainsurf LLC FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@securelens.ai.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
